Announcing the World Oceans Day Youth Advisory Council Finalists

Over 1,100 young people from dozens of countries expressed interest in joining the World Oceans Day Youth Advisory Council this year. With such a large number of qualified candidates, it was very challenging to narrow the finalists to these top 25.
