Join us for a day of fun in the sun out on the water in Andrews Bay next to Seward Park in Seattle, Washington. A group of local Seattle boat owners and like-minded individuals invested in saving our planet's oceans will be tying up with each other out on the lake. We will have a professional from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Seattle office sharing his time and answering our questions about water related issues. We will also have ACLS, PALS, and BLS certified healthcare professionals teaching life saving techniques for common emergencies that occur on the water. Bring your boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other fun floatation device and join in on the fun.
We recommend that you pack a lunch, plenty of beverages, and bring a life preserver for each person in your group. Max capacity on each boat should be observed and respected. Follow all local boating laws and follow the directions of the state police and coast guard if approached. Feel free to review life saving algorithms prior to joining us out on the water. Individual boat space is limited so it is important that you supply your own water transportation. By participating in this event you agree to be completely liable for your own belongings and safety, and that of your.
