Films Making Waves

The ocean is the heart of our planet. We celebrate together the beauty, wealth, and promise of the Ocean with a double-feature of two films at the Teton County Library, Jackson, WY. The event starts at 5:30, showing Jago: A Life Underwater followed by Sonic Seas at 6:30.

Jago: A Life Underwater is the story of one man’s intimate relationship with the ocean–an insight into the human connection with our blue planet. Sonic Seas underscores that the ocean’s destiny is inextricably bound with our own and offers solutions to human-induced ocean noise pollution that is killing whales.

Although our home is land-locked, we are connected to the ocean, as all of humanity is, and we need to be advocates for the sustainable management of our World Ocean.
