Sustainable Sushi Class at the Georgia Aquarium

Sustainable Sushi Class
Friday, June 10th from 6:30-8:30pm
Get ready to roll! We’re making our own sushi at this fun and engaging event for adults 21 and over. You’ll roll two sushi rolls, one salmon and one choice of veggie or shrimp. You’ll also enjoy passed wine, dumplings and spring rolls, edamame for sharing, and a dessert chocolate truffle. Wine and beer – including Japanese beer – will be available for purchase. We’ll learn a little about sustainable seafood, why we should care and what we can do, and everyone will take home their own bamboo mat and chopsticks as well as a recipe card for additional items you can make at home. Hurry, limited space is available for this perfect date night or girls’ night out!
